1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GGFix — including the website at ggfix.dk, the GGFix monitoring agent and dashboard ("the Service"), and the on-site PC repair services we provide in Greater Copenhagen and Zealand. By using any of these, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Danish law. They incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and (for business customers) our Data Processing Agreement.
2. The Service
SaaS — AI hardware monitoring. A Windows agent you install on your machines that reads hardware sensors, sends telemetry to our cloud, and surfaces AI-generated alerts and reports through a dashboard and (optionally) Telegram. Available globally.
On-site PC services. Hardware repair, cleaning, upgrades, and related work performed at your address in Greater Copenhagen and Zealand. Pricing in DKK; details on the Services page.
We aim for continuous availability of the SaaS but cannot guarantee zero downtime. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Firebase, Stripe, Cloudflare, Telegram) and force majeure can interrupt service. We are not liable for short interruptions outside our reasonable control.
3. Pricing and billing
SaaS: billed per machine in USD via Stripe. Currently $20/machine/month or $200/machine/year (pay 10 months, get 12). Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Local taxes (VAT) may apply depending on your billing country.
Free trial: 1 machine for 3 days, no card required. We do not auto-charge after the trial — you choose to subscribe.
On-site services: quoted upfront in DKK before work starts. Payment on completion via card, MobilePay, bank transfer, or cash. Business customers can request invoice with standard 14-day terms.
Cancel SaaS at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years used.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (not a business) in the EU/EEA, you have the right under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU) to withdraw from a digital services contract without giving any reason within 14 days of signing up.
How to withdraw: email contact@ggfix.dk with a clear statement of withdrawal (e.g. "I withdraw from my GGFix subscription"). We will refund any payment within 14 days using the original payment method.
Important — early start of service: by signing up and using the Service during the 14-day period, you expressly request that the Service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed for the period paid. If you withdraw mid-period, we may charge proportionally for the days you used.
On-site PC services are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal once the work has been performed at your express request, in line with Forbrugeraftaleloven §22(1).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Install the agent on machines you do not own or are not authorised to monitor
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the agent or service
- Interfere with the operation of the Service (rate-limit evasion, scraping, automated abuse)
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes, including infringing others' rights
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the API beyond what your subscription tier allows
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where reasonable.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and billing information
- Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account
- Maintain your own backups — GGFix is not a backup service
- Inform end users on monitored machines (your employees, clients) that the agent is running, where required by local law
- If you act as a Data Controller under GDPR, sign our DPA and inform your data subjects
7. Intellectual property
GGFix and our licensors retain all rights to the Service, including the agent software, dashboards, brand, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service while your subscription is active. Telemetry data you generate remains yours; we process it on your behalf to deliver the Service.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 1,500. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, missed deadlines, or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law — including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights consumers have under mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something is wrong, please email us first at contact@ggfix.dk. We will respond within 30 days.
Consumers in Denmark can lodge a complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board:

10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the channels in section 9 are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) — with the exception that consumers retain their right under EU law to bring proceedings in their country of habitual residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes are announced via email to active account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
