Everything about GGFix — monitoring, services, pricing, privacy. Your AI agent has the answers.
Getting Started
6 questionsFirst-time setup and how it all works
GGFix is two things: (1) An AI-powered monitoring service that watches your Windows PCs 24/7 — tracking CPU temps, GPU load, disk health, fan speeds, and 50+ other sensors. It warns you in plain language before hardware fails. (2) An on-site repair and cleaning service in Greater Copenhagen. You can use either or both.
You install a small Windows service (about 15 MB) on each PC. It runs silently in the background, reads hardware sensors every minute, and uploads aggregated data every 5 minutes to our cloud. Our AI analyzes the data and sends you alerts via email, Telegram, or your dashboard if something looks wrong. It uses zero GPU and minimal CPU — you won't notice it.
Yes, completely safe. The agent is a signed .NET 8 application that only reads sensor data — it cannot modify files, access your documents, or see your screen. It uses about 30-50 MB of RAM and near-zero CPU. Think of it like a thermometer, not a camera.
Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). The agent requires .NET 8 runtime. We don't support macOS or Linux yet — the hardware sensor library we use (LibreHardwareMonitor) is Windows-only. Mac and Linux support is on our roadmap.
It takes about 2 minutes: (1) Sign up at ggfix.dk and go to your dashboard. (2) Click “Add Machine” to generate an enrollment token. (3) Download and run the installer — paste your token when prompted. (4) The machine appears in your dashboard within 60 seconds. Full guide in Dashboard → Setup.
No. The agent only reports when the PC is on. If a machine goes offline, we'll mark it as inactive in your dashboard. You'll still see historical data, and we'll notify you if a machine has been offline longer than expected.
AI Monitoring
7 questionsWhat we monitor, how alerts work
CPU temperature and load (per core), GPU temperature and load, RAM usage, disk health (S.M.A.R.T. data), disk space, fan speeds (per fan), network throughput, system uptime, and more — over 50 data points per reading. We monitor trends over time, not just snapshots.
We use Claude AI (by Anthropic) to analyze your telemetry. It doesn't just check if a number crosses a threshold — it looks at patterns: "Your GPU temp has been climbing 2 degrees per week for the last month" or "Your C: drive loses 3 GB per day, it'll be full in 12 days." It explains problems the way a technician would.
Three layers working together. (1) Process intelligence — the moment any sensor crosses a threshold, the agent captures the top 25 running processes by memory and CPU, with their window titles. So instead of "GPU exceeded 85°C" you get "Premiere Pro at 94% GPU + Chrome at 41% — Premiere is the cause." (2) Windows Event Log analysis — the agent reads the last 24h of critical events (BSOD codes 41/1001, disk errors 7/11, driver failures 219, app crashes 1000/1002, unexpected shutdowns 6008) and AI translates them into plain English. (3) Per-process memory leak detection — every process's working set is tracked over a rolling 2-hour window, so if Chrome silently grows from 800MB to 2.1GB without releasing, you get the alert by name before the machine swaps to disk and crawls.
Three severity levels: Critical (something is failing right now — act today), Warning (something is degrading — schedule maintenance), and Info (FYI, worth knowing). Examples: "CPU hitting 95°C under load — thermal paste is likely dried out" or "SSD health dropped to 72% — consider replacement within 3 months."
The agent checks sensors every minute. Anomaly detection runs every 5 minutes on new data. If something critical is detected, you'll get an alert within 3 minutes via Telegram, email, or dashboard notification.
Yes. The SaaS monitoring works anywhere in the world — the machine just needs internet. Your entire fleet shows up in one dashboard regardless of physical location. Only the on-site repair service is limited to Greater Copenhagen.
Every Monday you get a fleet digest summarizing the health of all your machines, trends, and any concerns. Monthly reports are deeper — AI-generated analysis of your entire fleet with recommendations. Weekly reports go to your dashboard and Telegram. Monthly reports also go to email.
Pricing & Billing
6 questionsPlans, trials, payments, cancellation
$20 per machine per month. Pay yearly and get 2 months free: $200 per machine per year. Charged in USD via Stripe.
Yes — 3 days free, 1 machine. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features during the trial. If you don't subscribe after 3 days, monitoring simply stops — we don't charge you anything.
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for business accounts. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard and monitoring stops at the end of your current billing period. Your historical data stays available for 30 days after cancellation.
You're charged $20 per machine per month (or $200/year on the yearly plan — 2 months free). Add a machine? Your next invoice adjusts automatically. Remove one? Same thing. One flat per-machine price, no tiers or hidden fees.
Yes — on-site services are separate one-time payments, not included in the monitoring subscription. Prices start from 399 DKK depending on the service. Check our full service list for details. Monitoring customers get priority booking.

A standard cleaning takes 30-45 minutes. A deep clean with thermal paste replacement takes 1-2 hours. Diagnostics usually take 1-2 hours. Complex repairs (motherboard issues, data recovery) can take a day or more — we'll give you an honest estimate upfront.
No. Anyone can book on-site repair and cleaning services regardless of whether they have a monitoring subscription. However, monitoring customers get priority scheduling and we can use your telemetry data to diagnose issues faster.
For 399 DKK, we run a full AI diagnostic before and after servicing your machine. You get a detailed comparison showing exactly what improved — temperatures, fan speeds, disk health, performance. It's proof the service made a real difference. Popular with businesses who want documentation.
Privacy & Security
5 questionsWhat data we collect, how we protect it
Only hardware sensor readings — temperatures, voltages, fan speeds, disk health metrics, RAM/CPU usage, and system uptime. We do NOT access files, browser history, keystrokes, screenshots, applications, or any personal content. The agent is a hardware thermometer, nothing more.
No. The agent has no capability to read files, capture screenshots, log keystrokes, or access any user content. It only interfaces with hardware sensors through LibreHardwareMonitor (an open-source, MIT-licensed library). You can verify this yourself — the sensor library source code is publicly available.
All telemetry data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Data centers are in the EU. We retain 12 months of historical data for active subscriptions.
Yes. We're a Danish company (CVR 45911667) operating under EU data protection law. You can request data export or deletion anytime. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Yes, instantly. Open Windows Services, stop "GGFix Agent", then delete the folder. Or just uninstall from Add/Remove Programs. The agent leaves no traces. You can also remove a machine from your dashboard to revoke its access token immediately.
