Cookie Policy

1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) ggfix.dk uses, why we use them, and how you can manage your choices. It applies alongside our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies follows the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, implemented in Denmark via the Danish Cookie Order — Bekendtgørelse om information og samtykke ved lagring af eller adgang til oplysninger i slutbrugeres terminaludstyr) and the GDPR.
2. The two kinds of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to work — for example, keeping you logged in or remembering your cookie consent. They do not need consent under EU law and you cannot disable them through the cookie banner.
Optional cookies (analytics, error reporting) are only set after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser or by emailing us — see section 5.
We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not sell or share data with third-party advertisers.
3. Detailed cookie list
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cookie_consent | GGFix | Stores your consent choices so we don't ask again | 12 months | Necessary |
| firebaseLocalStorageDb | Google Firebase | Maintains your sign-in session in the dashboard | Persistent (until sign-out) | Necessary |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Stripe Payments Europe | Fraud prevention on the checkout / billing pages | 1 year / 30 minutes | Necessary |
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare | Bot protection for our site and APIs | 30 minutes | Necessary |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Anonymous usage analytics — page views, source, device class | 2 years / 14 months | Optional · Analytics |
| sentry-replay-* | Sentry | Captures runtime JavaScript errors so we can fix bugs | Session | Optional · Diagnostic |
Third-party privacy policies: Google · Stripe · Cloudflare · Sentry.
4. Consent Mode
We implement Google's Consent Mode v2 with default-deny. That means analytics scripts do not run, and cookies are not set, until you click "Accept" in the banner. If you "Reject" or close the banner without choosing, only strictly necessary cookies are used.
5. Managing or withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by:
- Clearing the site data in your browser settings (this resets the consent banner)
- Using your browser's built-in cookie controls (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge all support per-site blocking)
- Emailing us at contact@ggfix.dk to request manual deletion of any data already collected
Disabling strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in, billing, and bot protection — the dashboard will not work.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this list whenever we change which providers we use. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.
